As a seasoned traveler and marathon runner, I was impressed by the business amenities at this hotel during our corporate retreat. The 3,700 square feet of conference space was ample for our needs, and the meeting room offered a comfortable setting for focused discussions. What truly stood out were the outdoor facilities. After long work sessions, unwinding at the outdoor pool with a bar was a highlight. The spacious deck provided ample seating and a nice environment to relax. Knowing I could sneak in some light runs up to the mountain view added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The front desk staff, particularly Santos, made us feel welcomed. His assistance during check-in was much appreciated. On the other hand, I faced a frustrating challenge when trying to initiate a reservation cancellation. It took quite some time to reach someone who could assist, leaving a less-than-ideal impression of their process. The combination of a fully-equipped business center and serene outdoor areas makes this hotel a suitable choice for those looking to balance work with relaxation. The experience, while not without hiccups, made me feel well taken care of.
